Refund Policy
This policy provides a concrete route for unused credits, duplicate payments, and verified service failures.
1. Eligible requests
- Unused credits: request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchased balance has not been consumed.
- Partially used credits: the unused portion may be eligible within 14 days where usage can be verified and refunding is technically and legally possible.
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: report it within 30 days.
- Verified service failure: if a prolonged DiscountedTokens failure prevents meaningful use, we may restore credits, extend access, or refund the affected unused portion.
2. Normally non-refundable
Consumed API usage, expired promotional credits, network/gas fees, exchange-rate losses, chargeback fees, and payments sent to the wrong crypto address or network are normally non-refundable. Fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating accounts are not eligible except where law requires otherwise.
3. Processor deductions
Refunds return to the original payment method where possible. Non-refundable card-processor, conversion, or blockchain network fees may be deducted where permitted by law. Crypto refunds require a verified return address and may be settled in the original asset or its USD equivalent at processing time.
4. How to request
Email support@discountedtokens.com with the order or checkout ID, account or receipt email, purchase date, amount, payment method, and reason. Do not send a full API key or card number. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and decide them within ten business days.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. If local law gives you a cancellation, withdrawal, or remedy right, that right controls. Where permitted, immediate delivery or consumption of digital credits may end a withdrawal right after your express request.
6. Chargebacks
Contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. A chargeback may temporarily suspend the related account or credits while the payment dispute is resolved.
