सेवा की शर्तें
ये शर्तें खातों, प्रीपेड क्रेडिट, खरीद, मॉडल API पहुँच और DiscountedTokens के उपयोग को नियंत्रित करती हैं।
1. समझौता और पात्रता
खाता बनाकर, क्रेडिट खरीदकर, API की प्राप्त करके, या API का उपयोग करके, आप इन शर्तों और स्वीकार्य उपयोग नीति (Acceptable Use Policy), गोपनीयता नीति, और रिफंड नीतिसे सहमत होते हैं। आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष होनी चाहिए और आप कानूनी रूप से अनुबंध करने में सक्षम होने चाहिए।
2. सेवा और पुनर्विक्रेता प्रकटीकरण
DiscountedTokens एक स्वतंत्र पुनर्विक्रेता और रूटिंग लेयर है। यह OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, RunAPI, EasyRouter, Stripe, Coinbase या कोई अन्य नामित प्रदाता नहीं है। अनुरोधों को तृतीय-पक्ष अपस्ट्रीम मॉडल पूल के माध्यम से पूरा किया जा सकता है। मॉडल लेबल, आउटपुट, विलंबता, संदर्भ सीमाएं, दर सीमाएं, उपलब्धता और अपस्ट्रीम पहचान बदल सकती है। कैटलॉग प्रविष्टियां और बचत के आंकड़े तुलनात्मक जानकारी हैं, यह वादा नहीं कि हर रूट हर समय कॉल करने योग्य रहेगा।
3. खाते और कुंजियाँ
आपको सटीक जानकारी प्रदान करनी होगी, अपने खाते के क्रेडेंशियल्स और API कुंजियों की सुरक्षा करनी होगी, और अनधिकृत उपयोग के बारे में हमें तुरंत सूचित करना होगा। आप अपने क्रेडेंशियल्स के तहत होने वाली गतिविधि के लिए जिम्मेदार हैं। सुरक्षा, दुरुपयोग, भुगतान न करने या इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन के लिए कुंजियों को निलंबित, रोटेट या रद्द किया जा सकता है।
4. क्रेडिट, कीमतें, सहबद्ध और कर
Credits are prepaid service value denominated in USD, not money, deposits, securities, cash, wages, or transferable stored value. Credits are consumed by metered API usage. Referral rewards are not cash: the referring account receives $10 in non-withdrawable API credit once an invited account has spent $10, subject to the published referral disclosure and anti-abuse rules. Prices may change prospectively as upstream costs change; the rate returned or displayed for the request controls. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and exchange or network fees.
5. भुगतान और रिफंड

6. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
आपको कानून, इन शर्तों, स्वीकार्य उपयोग नीति (Acceptable Use Policy)और लागू अपस्ट्रीम प्रतिबंधों का पालन करना होगा। आप अधिकारों का उल्लंघन करने, सिस्टम पर हमला करने, सुरक्षा उपायों से बचने, मैलवेयर वितरित करने, स्पैम भेजने, नाबालिगों का शोषण करने या अवैध आचरण को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए सेवा का उपयोग नहीं कर सकते हैं।
7. ग्राहक सामग्री
आप जो सामग्री सबमिट करते हैं, उसके अधिकार आपके पास रहते हैं। आप DiscountedTokens और इसके अपस्ट्रीम प्रदाताओं को उस सामग्री को प्रसारित करने, संसाधित करने और वापस करने के लिए आवश्यक सीमित अधिकार प्रदान करते हैं। आप यह प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं कि आपके पास इसे सबमिट करने का अधिकार है। अत्यधिक संवेदनशील जानकारी तब तक सबमिट न करें जब तक कि आपने स्वतंत्र रूप से जोखिमों का आकलन न कर लिया हो।
8. उपलब्धता और परिवर्तन
सेवा उपलब्धता-निर्भर आधार पर प्रदान की जाती है। रखरखाव, अपस्ट्रीम आउटेज, प्रदाता प्रतिबंध या सुरक्षा घटनाएं एक्सेस को बाधित कर सकती हैं। हम मॉडल, रूट, सुविधाओं या मूल्य निर्धारण को संशोधित, प्रतिस्थापित, निलंबित या बंद कर सकते हैं। हम सामान्य सेवा परिवर्तनों के माध्यम से भुगतान किए गए क्रेडिट बैलेंस को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए उचित प्रयास करेंगे।
9. बौद्धिक संपदा
The site, branding, interface, and original documentation are owned by the operator or licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification and compatibility only. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email support@discountedtokens.com with the specific URL and the right you say is affected, and we will review it and act where appropriate.
10. अस्वीकरण और दायित्व
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, model identity, output accuracy, or suitability for high-risk use. AI outputs may be incorrect or harmful and require human review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid in the six months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. These limits do not apply where prohibited.
11. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of DiscountedTokens against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, the content you submit, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of law or third-party rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own wilful misconduct, and it does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived.
12. Suspension and termination
आप किसी भी समय सेवा का उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं। उल्लंघन, दुरुपयोग, धोखाधड़ी, सुरक्षा जोखिम, कानूनी आवश्यकता, अपस्ट्रीम प्रतिबंध, या सामग्री परिचालन जोखिम के लिए हम पहुंच को निलंबित या समाप्त कर सकते हैं। जहां उचित हो, हम रिफंड नीति के तहत पात्र अप्रयुक्त क्रेडिट की निकासी की अनुमति देंगे।
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without removing mandatory rights that apply to you. Before filing a claim, contact support@discountedtokens.com और अनौपचारिक समाधान के लिए 30 दिन का समय दें। अनिवार्य उपभोक्ता अधिकार और छोटे दावों के अधिकार अप्रभावित रहते हैं।
14. General
यदि इन शर्तों का कोई भाग अप्रवर्तनीय है, तो शेष प्रभावी रहता है। किसी शर्त को लागू न करना उसका त्याग नहीं माना जाएगा। आप सहमति के बिना इन शर्तों को हस्तांतरित नहीं कर सकते; संचालक सेवा के साथ इन्हें हस्तांतरित कर सकता है। ये शर्तें और संबद्ध नीतियाँ सेवा के लिए पूर्ण समझौता हैं।
