Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects customers, third parties, upstream providers, and the service.

Permitted use

You may use the API for lawful software development, research, content assistance, internal automation, testing, and production workloads when you have the rights and approvals needed for the data and activity involved.

Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, destructive payloads, botnet activity, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
• Spam, abusive bulk messaging, unsolicited surveillance, harassment, threats, doxxing, discrimination, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, or any content or conduct that harms minors.
• Instructions or automation materially facilitating weapons, violent wrongdoing, controlled-substance trafficking, or other serious harm.
• Submitting data you lack authority to process, including confidential third-party data or regulated personal information without required safeguards.
• Evading rate limits, payment controls, safety systems, sanctions, geographic restrictions, or upstream provider policies.
• Reselling, sharing, or publishing API keys; using compromised payment methods; or creating accounts to bypass suspension.
• Using outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, credit, employment, housing, insurance, law-enforcement, or other high-impact decisions without qualified human review and legally required safeguards.

Enforcement

We may investigate, throttle, suspend, revoke keys, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct non-urgent issues. Emergency or security action may occur without prior notice.

Reporting abuse

Send the model/request time, relevant identifiers, and a description to support@discountedtokens.com. Do not email passwords, full API keys, or unnecessary sensitive data.
